【高鋁水泥產(chǎn)品介紹】
高鋁水泥又稱為礬土水泥,耐火水泥,鋁酸鹽水泥,統(tǒng)稱為鋁酸鹽水泥,是以鋁礬土和石灰石為原料,經(jīng)煅燒制得的以鋁酸鈣為主要成分、氧化鋁含量約50%的熟料,再磨制成的水硬性膠凝材料。高鋁水泥常為黃或褐色,也有呈灰色的。具有快硬、早強(qiáng)、耐腐蝕、耐高溫的水硬性膠凝材料;它既是一種的建筑材料,也是一種膠凝性散狀耐火材料,在冶金、建材、石油化工、電力、食品等行業(yè)有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。
【高鋁水泥技術(shù)要求】
1、細(xì)度:水泥顆粒越細(xì),比表面積越大,水化反應(yīng)越快越充分,早期和后期強(qiáng)度都較高。規(guī)定:比表面積應(yīng)大于300平方米/千克,否則為不合格。
2、凝結(jié)時(shí)間:為在施工時(shí)有充足的時(shí)間來完成攪拌、運(yùn)輸、成型等各種工藝,水泥的初凝時(shí)間不宜太短;施工完畢后,希望水泥能盡快硬化,產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)度,所以終凝時(shí)間不宜太長(zhǎng)。硅酸鹽水泥的初凝時(shí)間不得早于45分鐘,終凝時(shí)間不得遲于390分鐘。
3、體積安定性:水泥漿體在凝結(jié)硬化過程中體積變化的均勻性稱為水泥的體積安定性。如體積變化不均勻即體積安定性不良,容易產(chǎn)生翹曲和開裂,降低工程質(zhì)量甚至出現(xiàn)事故。
4、 耐火水泥的烘烤耐火水泥爐襯進(jìn)行烘烤時(shí),必須注意下列事宜:
1) 常溫350度階段, 易引起局部爆裂,要特別注意緩慢烘烤。如在350度保溫后仍有大量蒸汽冒出,仍應(yīng)減緩升溫速度。
2) 在通風(fēng)不良、水氣不易排出的條件下,要適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)保溫時(shí)間。
3) 當(dāng)用重油烘烤時(shí),要嚴(yán)防重油噴在爐襯表面,以防局部爆裂。
4) 當(dāng)用木柴烘烤時(shí),直接接觸火焰處往往造成局部升溫過急,應(yīng)加以防護(hù)。
5) 對(duì)新澆搗的耐火水泥,至少要經(jīng)3d后才可進(jìn)行烘烤。
6) 對(duì)耐火水泥爐襯的冷卻也應(yīng)緩慢,避免強(qiáng)制通風(fēng)。
【包裝及運(yùn)輸】
包裝袋為防潮袋,每袋重50kg(也可按客戶要求包裝);
運(yùn)輸儲(chǔ)存期間防止包裝破損,以免漏失或混入雜物;
水泥在運(yùn)輸與存儲(chǔ)時(shí),不得受潮和混入雜物,不得與其他品種水泥混合存放。
運(yùn)輸方式根據(jù)客戶需求安排。

2, setting time: in order to ensure that in the construction have sufficient time to complete the mixing, transportation, molding and other processes, the initial setting time of cement is not too short; after the construction is finished, I hope the cement can be as soon as possible, produce strength, so the final setting time is not too long. The initial setting time of Portland cement should not be earlier than 45 minutes, and the final setting time can not be delayed 390 minutes.
3, volume stability: the cement paste in the process of setting the volume change of the volume change of the size of the cement paste. If the volume change is not uniform, that is, the volume stability is poor, prone to warping and cracking, reduce the engineering quality and even accident.
4, refractory cement baking refractory cement lining baking, must pay attention to the following matters:
1) 350 degrees in room temperature, the most easy to cause a partial burst, to pay special attention to slow baking. If there is still a large amount of steam coming out of the 350 degree heat preservation, it still should slow down the heating rate.
2) in the condition of poor ventilation, water vapor is not easy to discharge, to extend the time of heat preservation.
3) when using heavy oil for baking, to prevent oil sprayed on the surface of the furnace lining, to prevent local burst.
4) when using wood baking, direct contact with the flame is often caused by local heating too fast, should be protected.
5) to the new cast of the refractory cement, at least to be 3D after baking.
6) for refractory cement lining should also slow cooling, avoid forced ventilation.
