【濾珠介紹】

濾珠是由聚苯乙烯樹(shù)脂顆粒經(jīng)高溫兩次發(fā)泡制成的白色球狀濾料。可發(fā)性聚苯乙烯泡沫濾珠（EPS發(fā)泡塑料濾珠），系在懸浮聚苯乙烯樹(shù)脂中加入石油液化氣而發(fā)泡制成的珠狀顆粒白色小球，屬輕質(zhì)濾料，堆密度80-100kg/cm3，孔隙率50%左右。若將其覆蓋于壓力綜合凈水器的上部，當(dāng)渾濁度500mg/L的原水經(jīng)過(guò)這種泡沫塑料顆粒過(guò)濾層過(guò)濾后，出水濁度可降低到5mg/L，達(dá)到飲用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這種壓力凈水器，把水質(zhì)凈化中的混凝、澄清和過(guò)濾三道工序在一個(gè)容器內(nèi)完成。由于簡(jiǎn)化工藝流程，設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單，能把水質(zhì)中的混凝、澄清、過(guò)濾三道工序在一容器內(nèi)完成。

廣泛應(yīng)用于各種過(guò)濾器、凈水器、離子交換器、無(wú)閥濾池、反滲透、海水淡化、城鎮(zhèn)供水、排水、以及鋼鐵、化工、油田、煤礦、造紙、制藥、制酒、飲料、凈水、除鐵除錳、游泳池、工業(yè)廢水等領(lǐng)域。

在中小型水處理系統(tǒng)中、泳池循環(huán)水處理系統(tǒng)中，經(jīng)常用到發(fā)泡泡沫濾珠濾料，泡沫濾珠其本身重量輕、比表面積大、吸附能力強(qiáng)、不破碎、孔隙率高、濾速快、脫污能力強(qiáng)、濾料均勻、使用壽命長(zhǎng)。目前主要用于中小型凈水設(shè)備，也用于泳池循環(huán)水處理、內(nèi)河船舶給水系統(tǒng)。
