1、原料:雞蛋、面粉、食用植物油、鮮豬油、火腿腸、蔥花、食鹽等。

2、生產(chǎn)過程：

（1）調制西糊：將面粉放于盆中，加入適量的水攪拌成糊狀（如同稀漿糊一樣）,加入適量食

鹽，也可加少量味精和五香粉，攪勻備用。

（2）模具預熱:將模具放在煤爐上加熱,然后向每個漢堡模型內倒入少量的食用植物油（如花

生油、菜籽油等）。

（3）制作方法：待油燒熱后用勺將面糊舀入一個模型（約占模型濃度的一半）,繼續(xù)加熱1－

2分鐘，隨后在面糊上面打入一個雞蛋,放入少許肉、幾片火腿腸及蔥花，并撒上適量的

鹽,繼續(xù)加熱至基本熟，用水果刀和膩子刀將前面已基本煎熟 、有雞蛋的半個漢堡從模

型中倒側，然后往模型底部加入約半個模型的面糊，后將有雞蛋的一面朝下放入擺正

在模型內，繼續(xù)加熱，直至熟透即可。也可再翻過來煎一次，以便熟得更透、更快一

些。
3、建議：
（1）雞蛋的用量根據(jù)當?shù)氐纳钏絹矶?如生活水平低,可將一個雞蛋攪碎,分成兩份或三份

加入:如生活水平高，一個漢堡較好放一個雞蛋。
（2）新模具剛開始使用時需多加油、常擦油，可用一礦泉水瓶裝上植物油，瓶蓋上鉆一個小

孔，手捏瓶子往模型內加入，以做出來的漢堡表面光亮、金黃、好看。
