LVL產(chǎn)品特征：
單板層積材，簡稱LVL,是以原木為原料旋切或者刨切制成單板，經(jīng)干燥、涂膠后，按順紋或大部分順紋組坯，再經(jīng)熱壓膠合而成的板材，它具有實木鋸材沒有的結構特點：強度高、韌性大、穩(wěn)定性好、規(guī)格，比實木鋸材在強度、韌性方面提高了3倍。此產(chǎn)品可用于建筑模板構件、建筑橫梁、車廂板、家具、地板、房間裝潢木龍骨及包裝用材等，應用范圍廣泛。
LVL材與實木鋸材比較，具有許多普通實木鋸材不具有的優(yōu)點：
1、LVL材料可將原木的疤節(jié)、裂痕等缺陷分散、錯開，從而大大降低了對強度的影響，使其質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、強度均勻、材料變異性小，是替代實木理想的結構材；
2、尺寸可隨意調(diào)整，不受原木形狀和缺陷的影響，本公司生產(chǎn)的LVL產(chǎn)品，長可達 5米，厚可達150MM,可根據(jù)自己的用材狀況，隨意裁截和選擇尺寸規(guī)格。原材料利用率高達；

LVL is the short name of Laminated Veneer Lumber. It is a kind of board uses log as material, by rotary-cutting or slicing the log into veneer. After drying, glueing and assembling in a grain direction, the veneers are glued in a hot press and the whole process is finished. LVL has the structural feature that solid wood doesn’t have, such as high streghth, high toughness, good stability, accurate specification and 3 times higher than solid wood in strenghth and toughness.
