雙頭薄板切割器是一種以電氣鉆為動(dòng)力的切割器，它可雙頭切割2毫米以下薄板，當(dāng)一頭切割變鈍時(shí)可換另一頭繼續(xù)切割，無論切割平面還是曲面板材，均可作直線、曲線、圓弧或其它不規(guī)則線條切割，當(dāng)配上固定臺(tái)架后可切割55毫米—260毫米標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)則圓孔。本產(chǎn)品具有重量輕、體積小、操作簡(jiǎn)便等特點(diǎn)，是汽車修理、家居裝修、鈑金制作、及新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的理想工具。 1． 刀頭刃口處勤加油特別是切割鋁板尤為重要。 2． 先開電鉆后切割，結(jié)束時(shí)先退出后關(guān)電鉆。 3． 切割時(shí)刀桿與鋼板必須保持垂直，嚴(yán)防硬蹩折斷刀頭 4． 切割圓弧時(shí)應(yīng)使用固定支架，以便圓弧過渡光滑漂亮。 5． 切割圓弧時(shí)應(yīng)先鉆出一個(gè)11毫米及3毫米定位孔，將刀頭伸入再進(jìn)行切割。 6． 固定臺(tái)架與電鉆配套孔為45毫米，當(dāng)電鉆孔徑發(fā)生變化時(shí)應(yīng)配上相應(yīng)襯墊，使其牢固固定。 打開護(hù)蓋1，取出防松螺絲2，松開緊定螺絲2，對(duì)準(zhǔn)刀桿上的定位孔，按尖頭方向用鉗子拔出刀桿3，重新裝上刀桿，擰緊螺絲即可。 逆時(shí)針旋出壓緊帽4，將新刀頭放入即可。 1． 刀桿材料及硬度：高速成鋼淬硬HRC58-60。 2． 割縫3MM。 3． 配套電鉆（氣鉆）8MM，功率260W，轉(zhuǎn)速1600-2600。 4． 允許切割厚度：2MM內(nèi)不銹鋼板、鐵板、鋁板、銅板等金屬板材，2.5MM內(nèi)蜚金屬板材均可任意切割。 5． 新版精裝型產(chǎn)品備有切割圓弧的固定臺(tái)架，切割圓弧直徑為55MM-260MM。 Characteristics and application Double-head sheet metal nibbler is powered by electric driller for cutting of metal sheet below 2mm.Ithas two die heads for cutting,and when one becomes dull,you can use the other to cut metal sequentially Not,only cutting plane but also cutting curve,it can cut along line,curve,circular and other irregular shapes.When attached with fixed shand,it can cut standard circle,the diameter of which is from 55mm to 260mm.Compared with other similar product,it is light,small dimension and easy to operate.It is widely used in automobile repair,household,metal sheet and developing new product. Operation attentions 1. Add oils to blade of die head often,especially cutting aluminum sheet. 2. Start up electric driller bdfore cutting,and turn off electric driller after finishing cutting. 3. Keep the sheet metal vertical with the punch needle to avoid breaking of die head. 4. Use fix stand when cutting circular in order to make it beauty. 5. Drill an 11mm hole and a 3mm hole for position before cutting circular,and put the die head in hloe for cutting. 6. The diameter of the clipping holc of the fix stand matched with the driller is 45mm.And if the driller hole is changed,you can add certain rubber or plastic linings to make driller clippep tightly. Replacement of the punch needle Open cover(1),take out fastening screws(2)and unfasten the screw(2),pull out punch needle(3)along direction of point head and install a new punch needle,then fasten the screw. Replacement of the die head Screw out the fastening nut(4)counter clockwise and install new die head Main technical parameters 1.
