長效型防靜電EPE泡棉產品 EPE anti-static foam product 長效型防靜電EPE泡棉產品 EPE anti-static foam product 特性: 俗稱“珍珠棉”,根據珍珠棉的密閉泡孔結構和泡率區(qū)域寬20~40倍的產品特征,制程中使用丁烷和單桿酯發(fā)泡劑高壓注入的工藝特征。 用途： 通過后道深加工工藝把0.5~2mm的防靜電卷材料進行與PE、PP、TPU等材材質的薄膜復合成多層復合卷材，可實現(xiàn)對產品防擦傷，防止產品表面靜電吸附塵埃粒子，屏蔽等功能。進而用高周波熱壓、貼封口制袋用于電視機、電腦顯示器、筆記本電腦、通訊設備、醫(yī)療儀器、音響、電子半成品的出貨包裝。以其多功能復合基材的特性可替代膠袋、氣泡袋等傳統(tǒng)包材達到更佳效果。通過卷材貼合、復合、分切下料，沖壓成型貼合這些后道深加工工藝，把3~15mm的防靜電卷材厚料制成具有優(yōu)良防震緩沖定位包裝材料，工序轉運異型托盤等。 Feature: It is common called “pearl foam ”, according to the product feature of the airtight structure and sparkling rate, it uses butane and vesicant in the producing process.
