近日，霍尼韋爾宣布推出全新工業(yè)智能壓力變送器產(chǎn)品，幫助流程制造商提升通訊能力，提高運(yùn)營效率并降低全生命周期成本。

　　霍尼韋爾智能變送器具備獨(dú)特的“效率提升”特性，圖形化顯示，可將生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)以圖形化格式呈現(xiàn)，并能與控制室進(jìn)行通訊，有效簡化了現(xiàn)場設(shè)備支持的程序。

　　智能變送器的另一個特性是模塊化組件設(shè)計，允許更換獨(dú)立變送器組件而非更換整個單元來實現(xiàn)簡化維護(hù)的功能，即使在危險區(qū)域也是如此。此外，模塊化的設(shè)計還為用戶提供更加靈活的采購、降低庫存成本以及減少維護(hù)工作，因而能夠降低工廠生命周期成本。

　　霍尼韋爾現(xiàn)場設(shè)備業(yè)務(wù)全球副總裁兼總經(jīng)理馬同樂提到：“智能變送器在精度、響應(yīng)時間、衰減率，以及可靠性方面大大超越了工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過在產(chǎn)品組態(tài)、安裝、升級及維護(hù)方面使用模塊化設(shè)計，實現(xiàn)了最低的生命周期成本。可以和所有的自動化系統(tǒng)通過開放通訊協(xié)議模塊進(jìn)行通訊并和霍尼韋爾過程知識系統(tǒng)及舊有DCS系統(tǒng)緊密集成?！?/p>
