全自動平面一拖一高速口罩生產(chǎn)線是由秦泰盛自主研發(fā)的全自動高速平面耳帶口罩生產(chǎn)線，包括自動送料、自動輸送、切斷鼻梁條、口罩邊緣焊接、折疊、超聲波熔合、成型、切斷、耳帶焊接、自動出料等全程自動化，完成從卷料原材料到口罩成品的整個生產(chǎn)過程。

生產(chǎn)對象為醫(yī)用口罩主要由三層無紡布組成，外層是做了防水處理的無紡布，主要用于隔絕患者噴出的液體，中間的過濾層用的是經(jīng)過駐極處理的聚丙烯熔噴無紡布；

2．設(shè)備驗收由供需雙方指定技術(shù)人員進行參與并簽署驗收報告；

由供方技術(shù)人員遠程指導(dǎo)需方人員進行安裝調(diào)試，調(diào)試用料由需方提供；

質(zhì)量保證和售后服務(wù)

1.設(shè)備的保修期限為半年（非正常使用造成損壞及耗材除外）；

2.接到設(shè)備品質(zhì)異常，供需雙方協(xié)商解決；

3.保修期滿后，供方對設(shè)備的維修收取人工和交通等費用，涉及設(shè)備相關(guān)配件的更換或購買，供方僅收取成本費用。
