海綿鐵工作原理
1、常溫運(yùn)行，無(wú)需加熱，克服了熱力、真空除氧及加熱耗能的缺點(diǎn)、可在常溫下實(shí)現(xiàn)除氧，進(jìn)水無(wú)需加熱。
2、占地、占空間小，安裝簡(jiǎn)便，克服了熱力、真空除氧高位安裝的不便；工作原理：海綿鐵除氧劑是經(jīng)活化處理后的高活性填料，是海綿狀多孔隙的鐵粒，為水中的溶解氧提供了與活性鐵進(jìn)行反應(yīng)的條件，當(dāng)含有氧氣的水通過(guò)海綿鐵時(shí)，水中氧氣與鐵發(fā)生徹底的氧化反應(yīng)，從而消除出水溶解氧含量。系統(tǒng)可隨時(shí)供水，可不需準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間，也可不需要除氧水箱。
3、為不溶解于水的松軟絮狀物，當(dāng)其累積到一定程度時(shí)，即可通過(guò)反沖洗排掉，使海綿鐵恢復(fù)到初始的除氧能力。除氧效果穩(wěn)定，出水中溶解氧含量穩(wěn)定≤0.05mg/L，符合低壓鍋爐水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；處理水量：4-50t/h、反洗強(qiáng)度：16-21L/m2反洗間隔：24h、工作溫度：5-80℃、除氧速度：15-18m/h、處理前溶氧含量：6-8mg/L、工作壓力：0.15-0.5MPa處理后溶氧含量：0.03-0.05mg/L。
