該機(jī)外殼全部采用304不銹鋼材料制作，外露部件除彈簧銅套切刀等不適合采用不銹鋼材料制作的外，均采用不銹鋼材料制作，適應(yīng)更多的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。
本機(jī)采用目前國(guó)際上先進(jìn)的微電腦芯片控制，彩色觸摸屏液晶顯示，操作界面簡(jiǎn)潔易用，配合光電眼跟蹤檢測(cè)，兩包內(nèi)準(zhǔn)確封切，可選擇配裝打碼機(jī)、排氣、充氣、1-99包數(shù)控分切裝置等。
本機(jī)特點(diǎn)：本機(jī)采用國(guó)際品牌變頻調(diào)速裝置，配合變頻電機(jī)和RV系列高端減速機(jī)，使本機(jī)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、噪音低、壽命長(zhǎng)，使操作更加人性化，簡(jiǎn)單易上手。
本機(jī)有四個(gè)下料系統(tǒng)，可以選擇四種顆?；蛄鲃?dòng)性好的粉料同時(shí)包裝在一個(gè)包裝里面。例如：味精、鹽、糖、淀粉等多種物料按照各自的重量包成一個(gè)包裝。
