門框成型機：可全國供貨，物流發(fā)貨安全保障，一臺機壽命15-20年
機身采用18MM厚夾板，
機身為H工字鋼焊接，機身平穩(wěn)牢固，
由23組壓輪滾壓成型
采用4KW電機帶動機器運轉(zhuǎn)，機械的持續(xù)有效生產(chǎn)
主軸均由48MM以上軸徑的湘鋼制成，足夠的承受力度足夠力量壓制成型材料
模具材料選用上等Cr鋼，車床師傅精車精磨，機械可滾壓不銹鋼板材，
所有模具均由高溫熱處理，并深度鍍鉻，模具材料足夠硬度，耐磨損，
壓花，多種花樣可選，滾輪數(shù)碼電腦雕花，花型美觀，整潔。壓花另作一組。
剪斷技術:
全自動液壓剪切：由剪刀師傅根據(jù)產(chǎn)品訂制剪刀，剪刀均由刀具材料制作，由PLC電腦控制電箱，數(shù)碼滾輪定長定位剪切，無毛刺，無廢料，剪切干凈快捷，無后顧之憂。
成型的材料形狀漂亮，表面干凈，切口整齊。
壓花另作一組，花型價格可選.
大圓弧，小圓弧壓出來的門框板直，不歪曲，直邊平整無波浪，勾邊自然美觀。
一臺機械雙種出料，有效節(jié)省空間時間，人工成本。
