LOOPED MACHINE

適用于鋼線、鐵線、不銹鋼線有色金屬線材（圓線、方線、扁線）卷圓、半圓或任意角度（同心角）的圓弧，本機(jī)是五金、鐵線行業(yè)專用設(shè)備之一。

只需將鐵絲整卷放入鐵絲架上，取一頭線頭穿入打圈機(jī)的孔位，按打圈產(chǎn)品規(guī)格設(shè)置好線周長數(shù)值、數(shù)量、線速，開啟開關(guān)打圈機(jī)即可全自動(dòng)運(yùn)作，控制器采用日本三菱PLC，操作面板采用人機(jī)對(duì)話界面，界面為中英文（可選）顯示，送料系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機(jī)送料，切斷采用液壓系統(tǒng)切線，當(dāng)完成任務(wù)后打圈機(jī)會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī)，電機(jī)啟動(dòng)即有產(chǎn)品出，定長精度高，送線速度可自由設(shè)定，送料速度可高達(dá)40-70米/分鐘，當(dāng)線長精度誤差超出0.5mm時(shí)，設(shè)備自動(dòng)報(bào)警停機(jī)，減少不必要的線材損耗，本機(jī)只需用一臺(tái)小功率電機(jī),比油壓式和機(jī)械式更為省電。
