水動力比例加藥器

1-水比例加藥器的工作原理：

加藥器是以流動的壓力水為動力，水壓流失小，且不需要其他任何動力設(shè)施，用加藥器內(nèi)的水動力為引擎，帶動加藥器內(nèi)的活塞和連桿，將液體添加劑直接吸入并且溶于水流之中。這個裝置在一個圓柱體內(nèi)上下運動，將水壓出去的同時，此裝置將裝在底部容器里的添加劑通過導(dǎo)管均勻的吸入到水流中。上下運動反復(fù)進行，從而達到將添加劑均勻連續(xù)不斷的添加到流動水中的效果。

2-加藥器的安裝和固定：

1-選擇地點：加藥器的進水口和出水口一定要與主管道的進水口和出水口相一致。

2-加藥器必須按照：加藥器在上，液體吸入導(dǎo)管在下的方法安裝

3-將加藥器固定到墻上或者固定到其他的設(shè)施上。

4-將加藥器的進水口和出水口按照水流方向安裝，其密閉性。（如圖）

5-在水閥和加藥器的入口之間安裝100-120目的過濾網(wǎng)。

6-當需要加藥的時候關(guān)閉加藥器側(cè)支閥門，打開加藥器兩側(cè)閥門即可加藥。

7-當加藥器開始工作的時候，會聽到咔嚓聲，這時按下加藥器頂部的放氣閥，當有少量水流出的時候松開即可加藥器的正常工作。

4-加藥器的主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域：

1-園藝行業(yè)：花卉、果蔬等施肥、儲存、病蟲害控制

2-畜牧行業(yè)：雞/鴨/牛/豬等畜禽保健的定比加藥

3-工業(yè)領(lǐng)域：水處理、 化工、金屬加工、消防等行業(yè)

4-除味/冷卻/潤滑/等特殊溶劑的定比稀釋；廣泛用于啤酒、飲料行業(yè)的鏈條潤滑劑添加設(shè)備、消毒劑添加設(shè)備和啤酒瓶、啤酒發(fā)酵罐的清洗設(shè)備上

5-其他行業(yè)：洗車/印刷/醫(yī)院/酒業(yè)等

5-加藥器調(diào)整使用的比例：

加藥器可以根據(jù)實際的情況來調(diào)整注入水流中的添加劑比例，從而使添加劑的效果達到，具體方法如下：

1-松開螺絲，從加藥器的上部拿下U型調(diào)節(jié)鎖。

2-按照加藥器上的水刻度的比例來預(yù)設(shè)液態(tài)添加劑和水的比例：

逆時針方向調(diào)整是增加液體添加劑的比重。

順時針方向調(diào)整是減少液體添加劑的比重。

在加藥器上的百分數(shù)是按照加藥器后出水量為100來計的。

3-請轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)節(jié)器，直到U型調(diào)節(jié)所以上的孔插入加藥器的槽口。

4-使勁將U型調(diào)節(jié)鎖按入加藥器上槽口中，直到相互扣緊。

6-注意事項：

1-在使用自動加藥器的時候確保盛放液體添加劑的容器不是空的！

2-放氣閥：在啟動加藥器的初，應(yīng)該往下按住放氣閥幾秒鐘，排出內(nèi)部已有的空氣，這個過程會有少許水流出，在排出空氣后，迅速關(guān)上放氣閥。

3-安裝及使用過程中確保加藥器進水端必須安裝過濾設(shè)備。

旁接于主管道，水力驅(qū)動不需要額外動力，不會造成主管道上的壓力損失。

Instruction Manual of Jiayitong Automatic Proportional Pump (Doser)

1-Working Principle:

The proportional pump takes the flowing pressure water as power, having small water pressure loss, without any other power facilities. It uses water power of the proportional pump as engine which drives the piston and the connecting rod inside the proportional pump, sucks up the liquid additive directly and makes it dissolve in the water flow. This device moves up and down in a cylinder. When pressing out the water, it uniformly sucks the additives loaded at the bottom of the container into the water flow through a tube. Repeat the up-and-down motion until the effect is achieved that the additive is added to the flowing water evenly and constantly.

Proportional range: 0.4%-4%

Flow-rate range: 20-2500 L/H

Flow temperature: 4℃-30℃

Working water pressure: 0.2-6kg

Caliber of water inlet and water outlet: 32mm/25mm

3- Installation and fixation:(Standard installation and bypass installation are shown in the figure)

1- Choose the location: the water inlet and water outlet of the proportional pump must be in accordance with those of the main pipe.

2- Proportional pump must be installed according to the method that the proportional pump is above the fluid intake tube.

3- Fix the proportional pump to a wall or other facilities.

4. Install the water inlet and outlet of the proportional pump according to the direction of water flow, so as to ensure its leakproofness. (As shown in figure)

5. Install 100-120 mesh screen between the inlets of water valve and proportional pump.

6-When the addition of drugs is required, close the side branch valves of the proportional pump. The addition of drugs can be carried out when the valves on both sides of the proportional pump are opened.

7-Crack sound will be heard when proportional pump begins to work. At this time, push the air vent valve on the top of the proportional pump and release the valve when small amount of water flows out. In this way, normal operation of doser can be ensured.

4- Main Application Fields:

1-Horticulture industry: the fertilization, storage and pest control for flowers, fruits and vegetables, etc. 2-Animal husbandry: the fixed-ratio health dosing for livestock and poultry, such as chickens, ducks, oxen and pigs. 3-Industrial field: water treatment, chemical engineering, metal processing, and fire control, etc. 4-Constant proportion dilution of special solvents such as smell removal solvent, cooling solvent and lubricating solvent; 5-Car-washing industry, printing industry, hospitals, wine industry and other industries.

5-Adjust the using proportion:

The proportional pump can adjust the additive proportion in water according to actual situations, so as to achieve the best effect of additive. Specific ways are as follows:

1-Loosen the screw, and take off the U-style adjusting lock from the upper part of the proportional pump.

2-Predetermine the proportion of liquid additive and water according to the proportion of the water scale on the proportional pump:

A counterclockwise adjustment is to increase the proportion of liquid additive.

A clockwise adjustment is to decrease the proportion of liquid additive.

The percentage on the proportional pump is calculated on the basis that the final water yield of the proportional pump is 100.

3-Please turn the regulator until the hole above the U-style adjusting lock is inserted into the notch of the proportional pump.

4-Press the U-model adjusting lock hard into the upper notch of the proportional pump until each other is locked tightly.

6-Notice:

1-Make sure that the container holding the liquid additive is not empty during the use of the automatic proportional pump!

2-Air release valve: It is necessary to press down the air release valve for several seconds to vent the air already existing inside when initially starting the proportional pump. During this process, there may be a little water flowing out. Close the valve quickly after the air is expelled from it.

3-Make sure the filter plant is installed at the inlet of the proportional pump while installing and using.

4-If the working resistance grows bigger while using, then lubricating oil should be added at the piston to increase the service life.

5-The proportional pump should be washed with clean water after using to reduce corrosion and extend the service life of the proportional pump
