泡沫塑料回收造粒機(jī)的作用是把經(jīng)過(guò)粉碎清洗的廢舊聚丙烯,聚乙烯塊、片、瓶、管、膜、編、絲等,在該機(jī)中經(jīng)過(guò)加熱，加壓,抽拉成條狀,經(jīng)切粒機(jī)切成粒狀供其他塑料機(jī)械加工使用。

◆泡沫造粒機(jī)上下螺桿各有兩個(gè)加熱圈，每個(gè)加熱圈上各有一個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)，可根據(jù)加工時(shí)需要的溫度隨意啟閉。

◆泡沫造粒機(jī)工作時(shí)，先把上下料筒預(yù)熱40分鐘左右，拿一塊泡沫放在機(jī)頭上輕按一下，如果泡沫能夠變軟融化，說(shuō)明料筒加熱已到工作溫度（180度左右），可以開(kāi)機(jī)工作。

◆先往料斗內(nèi)少量加泡沫，如擠出料已融化，才可大量下料開(kāi)始工作，工作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)溫度過(guò)高，可切斷機(jī)頭加熱電源，繼續(xù)工作。

◆在泡沫造粒機(jī)工作時(shí)，下螺桿機(jī)頭內(nèi)可根據(jù)需要加一層或兩層20-80目過(guò)濾網(wǎng)或其他合適數(shù)濾網(wǎng)（濾網(wǎng)數(shù)越高雜質(zhì)過(guò)濾越干凈），濾網(wǎng)應(yīng)多備幾個(gè)，工作時(shí)如果出條不順利說(shuō)明濾網(wǎng)堵塞，要及時(shí)更換濾網(wǎng)。鋼質(zhì)濾網(wǎng)用火燒后清除雜質(zhì)，可以循環(huán)使用。
