一、產(chǎn)品說明：

圓形振動篩是一種高度細粉篩分機械，其噪音低、效率高，快速換網(wǎng)需3-5分鐘，封閉結(jié)構，適用于粒、粉、粘液等物料的篩分過濾。旋振篩是由直立式電機作激振源，電機上、下兩端安裝有偏心重錘，將電機的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樗?、垂直、傾斜的三次元運動，再把這個運動傳遞給篩面。調(diào)節(jié)上、下兩端的相位角，可以改變物料在篩面上的運動軌跡。

工作原理

篩分系統(tǒng)由超聲波諧振電源、振蕩器、共振環(huán)組成.超聲波諧振電源產(chǎn)生的高頻電振蕩由振蕩器轉(zhuǎn)換成高頻

正弦形式的縱向振蕩波，這些振蕩波傳到共振環(huán)上使共振環(huán)產(chǎn)生共振，然后由共振環(huán)將振動均勻傳輸至篩面。篩網(wǎng)上的物料在做低頻三次元振動的同時，疊加上超聲波振動，既可防止網(wǎng)孔堵塞，又可提高篩分產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。

圓振動篩主要由：篩箱、激振器、篩網(wǎng)、支撐裝備、電機等組成。篩網(wǎng)安裝于篩箱的側(cè)板上，篩網(wǎng)的層數(shù)可根據(jù)用戶需求進行增減，例如：把3種大小的物料分開使用三層振動篩即可。
