分體承壓太陽能熱水系統(tǒng):
該結(jié)構(gòu)是在原熱水器內(nèi)膽里增加換熱盤管。換熱介質(zhì)在盤管內(nèi)流動(dòng),通過盤管把熱量傳遞給內(nèi)膽里的水。此種換熱結(jié)構(gòu)的水箱在市場上占有率較高。
該結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是盤管用銅管彎曲成形,防腐性能,使用壽命長。缺點(diǎn)是:銅管的價(jià)格較貴,成本較高;由于盤管與內(nèi)膽里的水接觸面積一般會(huì)小于雙層內(nèi)膽結(jié)構(gòu)的換熱接觸面積,因此換熱速度比雙層結(jié)構(gòu)的換熱方式慢。
③控制器。控制器是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的大腦,通過各個(gè)位置傳感器的電信號(hào)來控制整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行,目前有兩種形式,一種是直接安裝在水箱上的控制器,另一種為了用戶的使用方便,安裝在便于操作的衛(wèi)生間或其他客戶要求的位置。
控制方式有多種,可通過溫差控制、較高溫控制、定時(shí)加熱控制等方式來調(diào)節(jié)水箱水溫。
④泵站。泵站內(nèi)設(shè)置循環(huán)泵、流量指示調(diào)節(jié)器、單向閥、泄壓閥和壓力表等[2]。
循環(huán)泵一般采用屏蔽式熱水循環(huán)泵。流量指示調(diào)節(jié)器指示系統(tǒng)循環(huán)時(shí)的流量值,并根據(jù)流量的大小調(diào)節(jié)循環(huán)泵的轉(zhuǎn)速。單向閥能在泵停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后防止倒流。泄壓閥能系統(tǒng)的安全,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的壓力超過所能承受的較大值時(shí)開閥泄壓。壓力表顯示系統(tǒng)中的壓力值。
泵站和控制器可以組合成一體化的太陽能工作站。
⑤膨脹罐。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)是閉式液體循環(huán)系統(tǒng),運(yùn)行壓力一般設(shè)在0.6~0.8MPa。介質(zhì)被加熱時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)體積和壓力的膨脹,為了平衡容量和壓力,系統(tǒng)中需要使用膨脹罐。膨脹罐是一個(gè)由隔膜將氣體(一般是氮?dú)猓┡c系統(tǒng)分成兩部分的密閉式容器,它可以吸收和容納因受熱而體積膨脹的液體,平衡系統(tǒng)的容積和壓力。系統(tǒng)冷卻時(shí),預(yù)充氮?dú)獾膲毫⒏裟ね频降撞?;系統(tǒng)升溫時(shí),壓力增大,系統(tǒng)液體壓力高于預(yù)充氮?dú)獾膲毫?,加熱膨脹的介質(zhì)流入膨脹罐。
⑥連接管路。集熱器與貯熱水箱,還有其他部件之間的連接一般采用銅管或者PP-R管,外面包裹保溫材料減小熱損。
2 工作特點(diǎn)

③采用全封閉結(jié)構(gòu),貯熱水箱在室內(nèi),熱損失小。
