河南東萬源凈水材料有限公司擁有兩條氧化鋁研磨球/耐磨高鋁襯磚生產(chǎn)線，月產(chǎn)量達(dá)1200噸。生產(chǎn)工藝采用等靜壓成型，部分規(guī)格小球采用人工成球法；原料選用耐磨性強(qiáng)的煅燒氧化鋁粉，提高了產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性，降低了表面磨耗；產(chǎn)品煅燒溫度達(dá)1600℃以上，保溫時(shí)間10小時(shí)以上。 氧化鋁研磨球又叫高鋁陶瓷球石、氧化鋁耐磨球、惰性氧化鋁球。

------活性炭氧化鋁球的特點(diǎn)------

氧化鋁研磨球具有硬度高、密度大、磨耗低、表面光滑、耐腐蝕等特點(diǎn)，是研磨釉料、坯料及各種粉末材料理想的耐研磨介質(zhì)。

活性氧化鋁干燥劑在一定的操作條件和再生條件下，該產(chǎn)品的干燥深度高達(dá)（露點(diǎn)-50度以下）保持工作正常運(yùn)行。

------活性炭氧化鋁球的用途------

氧化鋁研磨球廣泛應(yīng)用于陶瓷，水泥，涂料，耐火材料，無機(jī)礦物粉等行業(yè)的球磨機(jī)內(nèi)襯與磨介。

本品可用作高氟飲水的除氟劑(除氟容量大)、烷基苯生產(chǎn)中循環(huán)烷烴的脫氟劑、變壓器油的脫酸再生劑、用作制氧工業(yè)、紡織工業(yè)、電子行業(yè)氣體干燥，自動(dòng)化儀表風(fēng)的干燥、以及在化肥、石油化工干燥等行業(yè)作干燥劑、凈化劑，在空分行業(yè)變壓吸附露點(diǎn)可達(dá)-55度。是一種微量水深度干燥的干燥劑。非常適用于無熱再生裝置。

------包裝、運(yùn)輸及儲(chǔ)存說明------

1、本產(chǎn)品25KG一袋雙層編織袋，內(nèi)襯薄膜袋，如果客戶有特殊需要也可定制各種包裝袋。
2、運(yùn)輸與裝卸：氧化鋁球在運(yùn)輸過程中，不得用鐵鉤拖拽，應(yīng)防止與堅(jiān)硬物質(zhì)混裝，不可強(qiáng)烈振動(dòng)、磨擦、踩、砸，嚴(yán)禁拋擲，應(yīng)輕裝輕卸，以減少包裝破碎，影響使用。
3、儲(chǔ)存：應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存于陰涼干燥處，防止內(nèi)外包裝袋破裂，防止受潮和其它物質(zhì)，影響使用效果、存放要遠(yuǎn)離污染源。
