微熱再生壓縮空氣干燥機是我公司設計和研制，達到國內先進水平的節(jié)能型產品。本系列產品集有熱再生與無熱再生的優(yōu)點，對再生氣采用微加熱的形式，從而減少再生氣耗量，達到節(jié)能的目的。它避免了無熱再生干燥機切換時間短，再生空氣損耗量大的缺點，同時也避免了有熱再生空氣干燥機電能損耗大的缺點。該干燥機具有切換時間合理，再生氣耗量少，是目前凈化行業(yè)最經濟的節(jié)能型吸附式干燥機，被廣泛應用于冶金、電力、電子、食品、化工、石油、醫(yī)藥、輕紡、煙草、儀表、自動控制等行業(yè)。

Externally heated purge desiccant air dryeris a new economic product developed by our company.This series product integrating advantages of heat-exists purge and heatless purge,externally heating the purge type air, reduce it’s consumption.It efficiently avoids the disadvantages of short switching time and consuming most of the purge air of the desiccant air dryer and wasting electricity of heat-exists air dryer.This product has got rationally switch time,little purge air consumption,also being the most economical desiccant dryer in this line and widely used in metallurgy,electrical.electron,foodstuff,chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, light industry, cigarette,apparatus,auto industry and so on.

再生方式：Purge mode: externally heated purge 微熱再生

工作方式：Working method: continuing alternative working beween two towers 兩吸附筒交替連續(xù)工作

工作周期：Working periods: T=60-180min

控制方式：Control mode:micro-program controller 微機程序控制

安裝方式：Installation mode:indoor,non-basement 室內，無基礎安裝

常規(guī)吸附式干燥機的設計為：工作壓力7bar，進氣溫度：≤38℃，如果進氣壓力有變化，請用空壓機的排氣量÷下表的系數，得數為您需要選購的處理量。

其他入口壓力條件下的入口空氣流量 The inlet air flow under the others inlet pressure conditions(not including 7bar)
