產品介紹：本機是針對玻璃制品水晶鉆石底面磨平拋光的作用。

系統(tǒng)采用微電腦和高功率氣壓系統(tǒng)聯(lián)控設計，設備運行平穩(wěn)，。使珠底磨制平面度平整，光潔且美觀。

雙工位機體，單獨控制，使用不受任何限制，翻轉速度可調，上升時間微度調節(jié)大大提高了工作效率，和整體產品的加工質量。上端氣缸設置定位調節(jié)，可直接手動調節(jié)高度，無需其他限位步驟，節(jié)省調試時間，旋轉磨盤速度設定可調式，可根據鉆石材料來設定旋轉速度，從而大大提高了磨制范圍。同時磨制時間也設定可調式，因此本產品不受任何材料的限制即可加工。

主機采用大功率電機，磨盤電機力度為自給式，更好的提高高了拋光效果。

系統(tǒng)設有特定保護，任何條件下不會燒毀主電機。

在2分鐘后如無人操作，主機自動停止，可避免空載耗電及其他不必要的損失。

聯(lián)動運行，普通工人無需培訓即可上崗，且可以操作多臺設備，大大減少了用工費用。
