菏澤FMB-NS型橡木指接板保鮮防護(hù)劑

一、產(chǎn)品性能介紹：

FMB防霉寶屬內(nèi)吸抗雨水流失型木材防霉劑.能在水中迅速容解形成淡白色乳液.其高分子活性成分能迅速擴(kuò)散滲透至木材纖維組織中.不僅能防止木材內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生藍(lán)變.還能觸殺木材表面霉菌，本品對多種曲霉、木霉和青霉有很強的殺滅作用，對防止藍(lán)變菌生長有明顯效果，是竹、木材的理想防霉劑，尤其適用于橡膠木，樟子松，落葉松,樺木,楓木等易霉變樹種預(yù)防處理

二：主要成分：烷基胺化合物（Ammoniacal Copper）和（Chlorothalonil CTL）的混合物；穩(wěn)定劑；表面活性劑等不含甲醛，磷，氮，鉛，汞，砷，苯等有毒有害物質(zhì)。

三、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB18582-2001

四、使用方法：

1、常規(guī)使用真空加壓法、浸泡法及涂刷法、真空加壓法建議使用濃度為1%-1.5%根據(jù)我國木結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范（GB502060-2002）規(guī)定。用真空加壓法處理木材中活性防霉防腐成份的保持量應(yīng)在4kg/m3以上

2、浸泡法建議使用濃度為3%-5%浸泡時間10-20分鐘

3、涂刷法建議使用濃度為6%-8%涂刷面積20-30平方/平方KG

4、噴霧器噴霧時請移至室外通風(fēng)處操作，噴霧使用濃度為7%-9%噴霧面積25-35平方/平方KG

五、注意事項：

1、本藥劑對魚類和貝類有影響，注意用完后不要隨意亂倒

2、必須帶橡膠手套、保護(hù)鏡、口罩等保護(hù)用具，要注意對人體的影響
3、粘到皮膚后應(yīng)及時用肥皂和清水清洗

4、碰到眼睛上立即用大量的自來水清洗干凈

5、萬一誤飲要大量喝水，不要強止嘔吐，要去醫(yī)院就診

6、使用噴霧器噴霧時請移至室外通風(fēng)處操作
7、有效使用期限：24個月
