適用范圍：
適用于軟抽式面巾紙、方巾紙、餐巾紙、切刀紙、紙巾紙等的自動(dòng)薄膜包裝。

主要性能結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1、 采用下膜、切膜、送料、裹包、端封、折角、側(cè)封、輸出等的包裝形式，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、包裝美觀、封口牢固；
2、 采用6軸伺服電機(jī)和10"觸摸屏、PLC可編程控制系統(tǒng)，人機(jī)界面顯示操作更清晰簡(jiǎn)便，自動(dòng)化程度高，更具人性化；
3、 采用自動(dòng)理料輸送機(jī)構(gòu)，方便與自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線聯(lián)動(dòng)生產(chǎn)，可大量降低勞動(dòng)力成本；
4、 采用光電眼自動(dòng)檢測(cè)跟蹤系統(tǒng)，空包不走膜，最大限度地節(jié)約了包裝材料；
5、 包裝范圍大，調(diào)節(jié)方便，各種規(guī)格尺寸之間可實(shí)現(xiàn)快速轉(zhuǎn)換；
6、 采用直線導(dǎo)軌，運(yùn)行更平穩(wěn)，噪音更低，使用壽命更長(zhǎng)；
7、 采用鏈條推桿和平面輸送兩種方式送紙，可適應(yīng)餐巾紙平放或側(cè)立送紙；
8、前端可與餐巾紙折疊機(jī)等聯(lián)機(jī)、后端可與裝箱包裝線等聯(lián)機(jī)生產(chǎn)。
Main performance and structural features:
- 1. Packing forms such asfilm feeding,film cutting.,materialfeeding, wrapping, sealing,endsealing,corner folding,side sealing,outputting dnd etc.are adopted.Featured by compact structure,beautiful packing and firm sealing
- 2. Multi-servo motor,10" touch screen, PLC control system and man-machine interface display make operation more clear and convenient. With high automation degree, the machine is more user-friendly.
- 3. The automatic material arranging and conveying mechanism is adopted to facilitate linked production with automatic production line, which can greatly reduce labor cost.
- 4. The photoelectric eye automatic detection tracking system is adopted. No film movement is made if the bag is empty, so as to save packing materials to the utmost extent.
- 5. With wide packing range and convenient adjustment, fast switching among various specifications and sizes can be realized.
- 6. The arc and linear guide rails can be adopted to realize more stable running, lower noise and longer service life.
- 7. Adopted chain pusher and flat conveying two tissue feeding ways,is suitable forflat or vertical side feeding
- 8. Thefrontcan be connected withnapkin folding machine,and the end can be connected with case packer production line
