一，百航牌本機(jī)概述
1﹑用途:本機(jī)適用于浴室柜抽屜滑軌，門鉸鏈壽命進(jìn)行測試。

.2﹑原理:百航浴室柜測試機(jī)是模擬日常使用過程中的情況對拉門，抽屜進(jìn)行反復(fù)開啟和關(guān)閉，循環(huán)一定次數(shù)后檢查鉸鏈，滑軌是否存在損壞或其他影響使用的情況。本機(jī)采用觸摸屏PLC程序控制，伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動，可設(shè)置測試角度，測試次數(shù)，推拉行程和啟閉停頓時間，可用于帶緩沖型門鉸鏈和抽屜滑軌。2. Principle: baihang bathroom cabinet tester simulates the situation in daily use, repeatedly opens and closes the sliding door and drawer, and checks whether the hinge and slide rail are damaged or other conditions that affect the use after a certain number of cycles. The machine is controlled by touch screen PLC program and driven by servo motor. It can set test angle, test times, push-pull stroke and stop time. It can be used for door hinge with buffer and drawer slide.
