一、科奈爾床墊測試主要功能:
測試目標(biāo):用特定的加載塊反復(fù)對床墊進(jìn)行沖擊, 評估其耐用性, 和彈簧的堅(jiān)牢保持度.
二、床墊沖擊耐用性試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要技術(shù)參數(shù):
1)施加于床墊上的壓力液晶屏顯示, 壓力范圍300KG
2)調(diào)整推桿行程使作用于床墊上的力度時=1025N, 最小時=22N
3)推桿行程速度可調(diào), 約每分鐘100周次
4)適用床墊尺度2.2 M X 2 M
8)配置:測試裝置,壓陷量測試頭一個、200kg力量傳感器一個、
設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn): ASTM F1566-2009 第9項(xiàng)

Mattress is an important part of modern furniture. Mattress performance directly affects the quality of furniture. In order to test the performance of mattress, we need a mattress performance testing machine.
Mattress durability testing machine_ Mattress impact testing machine_ Mattress mechanical property testing machine is used to test the bearing capacity of various soft furniture and spring mattress to long-term repetitive load. Brown mattress and soft foam polymer mattress must be combined with reference to relevant standards. Mattress durability testing machine is not suitable for testing water filled mattress and inflatable mattress.
Cornell mattress tester
1、 Main functions of Cornell mattress test:
Test Objective: repeatedly impact the mattress with specific loading block to evaluate its durability and spring retention
2、 Main technical parameters of mattress impact durability tester:
1) The pressure applied on the mattress is displayed on the LCD screen, and the pressure range is 300kg
2) Adjust the stroke of push rod so that the maximum force acting on the mattress is 1025n and the minimum force is 22n
3) The stroke speed of the push rod is adjustable, about 100 cycles per minute
4) The maximum size of mattress is 2.2 m x 2 m
8) Configuration: test device, one indentation test head, one 200kg force sensor
