GTL 007 防靜電油管

Applications:

High-quality oil-resistant hose is antistatic and explosion-proof, wear-resistant, anti-aging, safe and reliable. It is suitable for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, lubricating oil and others. 

Technical characteristics: 

inner rubber layer is conductive, with specific resistance R<106 ohmm. 

Construction: 

Tube: Inner rubber layer: Black antistatic and super oil-resistant NBR synthetic rubber; 

Reinforcement: High-strength synthetic fiber braided layer; 

Cover: Wear-resistant, oil-resistant and anti-aging synthetic rubber. 

Temperature range: -30 °C +100 °C

應(yīng)用范圍：

適用于輸送汽油、煤油、柴油、潤(rùn)滑油等石油類產(chǎn)品。防靜電型油管，可用于防爆場(chǎng)所輸送油類產(chǎn)品。導(dǎo)電內(nèi)膠層可防止靜電電荷的產(chǎn)生，或經(jīng)導(dǎo)電橡膠層連接的金屬接頭導(dǎo)入大地。防止危險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生。

技術(shù)特點(diǎn):

內(nèi)膠層導(dǎo)電，電阻率R＜106 ohmm，符合美國(guó)ASTM防靜電設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

軟管結(jié)構(gòu):  

內(nèi)管：黑色RMA-A耐油、防靜電NBR合成橡膠。

增強(qiáng)層: 德國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)度合成纖維編織層。

外管: 耐磨、耐油、抗老化的合成橡膠，光面，黑色。

適用溫度: -30 to 100℃。

環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：符合歐盟環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ROHS要求。
