裝置工作原理：

真空引水真空由兩臺(tái)JBV水環(huán)真空泵，一個(gè)真空罐，一個(gè)循環(huán)供水罐，一組管道閥件及一套電氣自動(dòng)控制配電箱組成的成套的真空獲得設(shè)備，是以

真空罐作火真空存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的成套系統(tǒng)，泵站內(nèi)所有水泵頂部排氣口均安裝單向氣閥（不在配裝置范圍內(nèi)，需要可另行配制）并用管道與真空儲(chǔ)氣罐相連。

單向氣閥的作用是使?jié)B入水泵內(nèi)空氣可自由進(jìn)入真空箱，而水不能通過止回閥。離心泵的開停由中央控制器通過真空管線上各自的電磁閥和流量開關(guān)控制

電磁閥處于常閉狀態(tài)，當(dāng)中央控制器需要啟動(dòng)離心泵時(shí)，首先打開電磁閥并同時(shí)啟動(dòng)離心 泵，真空箱上裝有自動(dòng)信號發(fā)生器，真空設(shè)備根據(jù)指令自動(dòng)工作。當(dāng)真空箱內(nèi)真空度低于下限時(shí)，發(fā)出停止指令真空設(shè)備自動(dòng)停止，因工作液可循環(huán)使用，系統(tǒng)大大減小了工作液的消耗和對環(huán)境的污染，因此以所抽氣體中有毒，所抽除氣體含有有機(jī)溶劑等各種場合具有明顯優(yōu)越性，在本系統(tǒng)中工作液采用水作為介質(zhì)。

電子行業(yè)真空系統(tǒng)工作原理：

首先設(shè)定真空系統(tǒng)的上下限值（比如上限值設(shè)定為-0.08MPa，下限值設(shè)定為-0.06MPa),啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)后，其中一臺(tái)真空泵開始工作，直到真空罐內(nèi)真空度高于上限值-0.08MPa，此時(shí)真空泵自動(dòng)停止運(yùn)行，真空罐內(nèi)真空由真空止回閥自動(dòng)截止，如因工作需求真空罐內(nèi)真空度降至低于下限值-0.06MPa時(shí)，另一臺(tái)真空泵自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)直到真空罐內(nèi)真空度抽到上限值超過一定時(shí)間，而單臺(tái)真空泵不能將罐內(nèi)真空度抽至下限以上時(shí)，另一臺(tái)真空泵將自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)，直至超過上限。
