寧夏明陽石墨增碳劑是指經(jīng)過石墨化的增碳劑，在高溫條件下，碳原子的排列呈石墨的微觀形態(tài)，所以稱之為石墨增碳劑。
1、石墨增碳劑可降低成本，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
2、原材料可增加廢鋼用量，減少生鐵用量或不用生鐵，有效避免生鐵的遺傳性對鑄件的影響；
3、含硫低，穩(wěn)定可靠，有效節(jié)約硫在球化和孕育過程中對合金的不利影響，節(jié)省合金費用；
4、由于熔點低，吸收快，不反渣，可以有效保護和延長爐齡，減少爐襯消耗；
5、化學(xué)成分純凈：高碳、低硫、微氮，有害雜質(zhì)少；
6、物理形態(tài)：外觀潔凈、無雜質(zhì)，多孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)，吸收速度快，吸收率高；
7、微觀形態(tài)：晶體度質(zhì)量優(yōu)，有效提升鑄件鑄鐵牌號和性能；
8、產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定：增碳效果穩(wěn)定，吸收效果好，提溫效果明顯，不返渣。

石墨化增碳劑產(chǎn)品使用方法：在電爐底部放置爐料三分之一后將計算好的產(chǎn)品放置在爐料上，（爐中放一部分料后放增碳劑）然后把剩余爐料按要求放在上面，如上面的爐料較大時應(yīng)把一些較碎的爐料壓在增碳劑上，以防止漂浮影響吸收率。增碳劑加入量是金屬量的1-3%，用戶也可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)質(zhì)量要求自行調(diào)整。增碳劑的特點是碳在鐵液中吸收效果好，不返渣，使用增碳劑可大幅度降低鑄件供應(yīng)成本。

Graphite carburant refers to after graphite carburant, in under the condition of high temperature and carbon atoms arranged in graphite morphology, so called for graphitization.
The performance of graphite carburant:
1、 high fixed carbon, high absorption rate, low sulfur and nitrogen, and the absorption rate faster than the same;
2、graphitization of carburant, adsorption of furnace wall, completely absorbed without residue;
