工作原理Principle

抗腐蝕的陶瓷壓力傳感器沒有液體的傳遞，壓力直接作用在陶瓷膜片的正面，使膜片產(chǎn)生微 小的形變。厚膜電阻印刷在陶瓷膜片的背面，連 接成一個(gè)惠斯通電橋（閉橋））。由于壓敏電阻的壓 阻效應(yīng)，使電橋產(chǎn)生一個(gè)與壓力、激勵(lì)電壓成正 比的高度線性電壓信號(hào)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的信號(hào)根據(jù)壓力量 程的不同標(biāo)定為 2.0/3.0/3.3mV/V，可以和應(yīng)變式 傳感器相兼容。通過激光標(biāo)定，傳感器具有很高 的溫度穩(wěn)定性和時(shí)間穩(wěn)定性，傳感器自帶溫度補(bǔ) 償 0～70℃。通過高的放大電路及精密溫度補(bǔ)償，將被測介質(zhì)壓力轉(zhuǎn)換成 4~20mA.DC 或 1~5V.DC 等

Corrosion-proof ceramic pressure transmitter has no transmission of liquid. When pressure is made on the face of ceramic diaphragm,litter distortion is formed.Thickfilm resistance is printed on the reverse of ceramic ,connecting a wheatstone bridge. Resulting from effect of Ceramic Piezoresistance ,one linear voltage signal which is direct ratio with pressure and encouraged voltage is formed. According to different ranges,standard signal is 2.0/3.0/3.3mV/V,which is compatible with yingbian sensor.It has high temperature stability and time stability by laser marking ,along with temperature 0~70℃ , transforming media pressure to 4～ 20mA.DC、1～5V.DC electric signal by magnifying circuit.
